Shorewomen Novices Take Fourth at Navy Day Regatta

Shorewomen Also Compete in Three Other Events

PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — The Shorewomen's entry in the collegiate frosh/novice four finished fourth among 12 crews to lead the Washington College women's rowing team at the Navy Day Regatta today in Philadelphia.

How It Happened
- The novices' fourth-place time was 17:13.56, finishing behind only Division I crews. The Shorewomen novices finished ahead of Division I Penn and Division II Jefferson. 
- The Shorewomen were 32nd of 37 crews in the open/collegiate four, finishing in 17:24.07.
- Erika Reynolds placed 17th of 19 competitors in the women's single in 18:04.37.
- The Shorewomen were sixth of six crews in the women's open quad in 18:18.31.

- Dunsmore is usually a coxswain for the Washington College men's rowing team, but was also filling in for the Shorewomen today.
