LANCASTER, Pa. — Junior attacker Lauren Brenner (Glen Mills, Pa./Episcopal Academy) and junior midfielder Aubrey Robinson (Kennett Square, Pa./Kennett) have been named Academic All-Centennial Conference and are two of seven student-athletes from the Washington College women's lacrosse team to have qualified for the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for spring sports.
In order to qualify for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore, junior or senior and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average through the Fall 2018 semester.
Academic All-Centennial honors are bestowed upon student-athletes who are named All-Centennial Conference and earn a spot on the Academic Honor Roll in the same season. Brenner and Robinson were both named to the All-Centennial second team earlier this month.
Among the Shorewomen's seven Academic Honor Roll qualifiers are five three-time qualifiers: Brenner, Robinson, senior Caitlin Donovan (Baltimore, Md./Friends School of Baltimore), and juniors Kayla Catts (Mullica Hill, N.J./Clearview Regional) and Melissa Donato (West Chester, Pa./Reed Henderson). Sophomores Anna Bennett (Phoenix, Md./Garrison Forest) and Meghan Dean (Mayo, Md./South River) are first-time qualifiers.
Catts is an Economics and Business Management double major. Bennett and Robinson are Economics majors, while Brenner and Dean are Biology majors. Donato is majoring in Business Management, while Donovan is majoring in Sociology.
