Fitness

Fitness classes run the gamut from Barre to Zumba. Whether you want to achieve a nice long stretch in a Yoga class or raise that heart rate in a Turbo Kick class, we have something for everyone. Everything is first-come, first serve based on equipment and space availability with classes offered in the morning, noon and in the evening. 

During each academic semester, fitness classes are free to all students, faculty, staff and 1782 members. Classes are held in the Cain Dance Studio, JFC Dance Studio, JFC Field House or JFC Weight Room. The schedule changes from semester to semester and you can always find the latest schedule here. Any last minute changes will be posted on the Washington College Campus Recreation Twitter page.

Outside of the academic semester, classes are no longer free of charge to students, faculty, staff or 1782 members. The cost of each class varies for each instructor.
