Bullets Top Shorewomen in Three
Daelemans With Team-High 14 Digs

GETTYSBURG, PA -- Host Gettysburg College swept visiting Washington College on Saturday afternoon 3-0, (25-17, 25-11, 25-19), in Centennial Conference volleyball action at Bream Gym. The Bullets improved to 15-7 overall and 4-2 in conference play with the win, while the Shorewomen fell to 9-12 and 0-6.

For the Bullets, Amanda Krampf had a double-double with a match-high 30 assists to go along with 12 digs. Kristin Kotewicz had 15 digs to lead all players, while Virginia Hogan, Kristina Mercier, Kate Yoder each had eight kills to lead the Bullets. Mercier and Hogan had three service aces to lead all participants.

Sophomore outsider hitter Alyssa Forget (River Vale, NJ/Pascack Valley) had nine kills to lead WC and all players. Junior libero Traci Daelemans (Tracys Landing, MD/Southern) had 14 digs to lead the Shorewomen, while senior setter Caitlin Ward (Wantagh, NY/Holy Trinity) had 19 assists and nine digs for Washington.

The Shorewomen return to action Wednesday with a 7:00 p.m. Centennial Conference home match against Haverford.
