As a freshman, placed seventh in the 400 individual medley and 13th in the 1650 freestyle at the 2008 Centennial Conference Championships ... was among WC's top three fastest swimers in five individual events in 2007-08 ... lettered four times in swimming at Falmouth, where she swam on four consecutive high school state championship teams ... served as a captain as a junior and senior in high school and won team leadership award all four years ... placed third and fifth in the 500 freestyle and 200 individual medley, respectively, and first in the 400 freestyle relay at the state championship meet as a senior in high school ... also swam in Peaks to Portland, a 2.4 mile open ocean race, placing first in the women's division in 2005 and second in the women's division in 2007.
