O'Donnell Finishes 2nd in Nation in 3-Pointers
Sophomore Averaged 3.32 Treys Per Game

Washington College sophomore guard Jane O'Donnell (Cape May Court House, NJ/Wildwood Catholic) finished second among all NCAA Division III women's basketball players in three-pointers made per game for the 2007-08 season according to the final statistical leaders released today by the NCAA. There are 409 Division III women's basketball teams.

Conway Named To All-CC Sportsmanship Team
Four Washington College student-athletes have been named to the All-Centennial Conference Sportsmanship Team for winter sports. Each Centennial Conference member institution was permitted to nominate one student from each winter program who exemplifies the best in sportsmanship. Nominations were submitted by the athletic departments or head coaches. This is the first year of the All-Centennial Sportsmanship team, which was proposed by the conference's Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC). Senior is First Player in Team History to Earn Honor

Senior guard Elise Conway (Silver Spring, MD/Paint Branch) has become the first women's basketball player in Washington College history to earn All-Centennial Conference first team honors. The All-Centennial teams were announced today after being voted upon by the conference's head coaches.
