Lauren Donnelly was named an assistant tennis coach at Washington College in the summer of 2011. A 2011 graduate of Bridgewater State University, Donnelly helped the Bears to a Little East Conference Championship and NCAA Division III Tournament berth as a senior.

Donnelly served as both a team captain and Student Athletic Advisory Committee representative at Bridgewater State. She played at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles during the Bears' conference championship run in 2010-11, leading the squad to a 14-2 record. She earned All-Little East Conference first-team honors at No. 2 singles and second-team honors at No. 1 doubles as a sophomore in 2008-09. 

Donnelly has held various positions as a tennis instructor since 2004 and worked as the assistant tennis pro and advanced junior clinic team coach for King's Grant Racquet Club in Cotuit, MA, during the summer of 2011.

Donnelly received a B.A. in History from Bridgewater State in May 2011.
