Clune Selected Centennial Conference Swimmer of the Week

Garners Award for the Third Time This Season and Fourth Time in Career

LANCASTER, Pa. – Senior Jenni Clune (Bowie, Md./Eleanor Roosevelt) has been named the Centennial Conference Swimmer of the Week in women's swimming for the week of February 5-11 by the conference office.  This is the third time she has won the award this season, winning it previously on October 30, 2017 and January 15, and the fourth time in her career.

Clune won three events in Saturday's meet at McDaniel for the Shorewomen in a 62-60 win.  She swam a Washington College season-best time of 2:16.37 to win the 200-yard individual medley.  She also won the 100 breaststroke and 200 breaststroke events in 1:09.42 and 2:34.30 respectively.

In addition to winning it on October 30, 2017, January 15 and today, the senior won the conference's weekly award on December 5, 2016.
