In addition, first-year Shorewomen head coach Kari Hughes was named MARC Women’s Coach of the Year, three Shorewomen were named All-MARC, and five Shorewomen were named Academic All-MARC.

Hughes is a former United States National Team member and a veteran rowing coach and instructor.
