GRAND LAKES, Colo. — Washington College senior attacker Katherine Vincent (Wilton, Conn./Wilton) has been selected to play for the South Team in the 2017 Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) Division III Senior All-Star Game. The game will be played on Tierney Field at US Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md., on Saturday, June 3, at 2:00 p.m.
Vincent was a two-time Centennial Conference first team selection for the Shorewomen and earned All-Metro Region second team honors this spring. She was named the Centennial Conference Offensive Player of the Week four times during her career and was selected as the IWLCA Fast Break Division III Offensive Player of the Week this past March. She was also named her team's Most Valuable Player this season.
Vincent holds the school and Centennial Conference records for free-position goals in a career (64) and in a single season (33). She also holds the school record for single-game free-position goals (5) and shares the school record for single-game points (11). She finished her career with 157 goals, 55 assists, 148 draw controls, 62 ground balls, and 47 caused turnovers in 58 career games.
