
Earns the Award for the Third Time This Season
LANCASTER, Pa. – Junior pitcher Taylor Harcum (Hebron, Md./Mardela) has been named the Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Week for softball for the week of April 10-16. This is the third time this season and in her career that Harcum has won the Centennial's weekly award as she won the award previously this season on March 6 and April 3.
Harcum was 2-0 with a 0.00 ERA on the week. The junior struck out a career-high nine batters in a five-inning complete-game 8-0 win vs. Swarthmore. Harcum also went the distance in a 7-1 win vs. Dickinson, scattering five hits and did not permit an earned run. For the week, she posted a 0.75 WHIP over 12 innings with 11 strikeouts as she did not walk a batter.
