WC Sailing 7th at Central Spring Open

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — The Washington College sailing team finished seventh of 18 teams at the Central Spring Open, hosted by Ocean County, this weekend.

How It Happened
- Skipper Paul Hart sailed with crews Andrew Vernon (first six races) and Haber Carlson (final six races) to place ninth in A Division for Washington. Hart and Carlson were second in race 11A. They were also fifth in race 10A.
- Skipper Will Sunkler and crew Bridgette Hindt were sixth in B Division. They were second in races 9B and 10B and also had three fourth-place race finishes.

Notes
- Six races in each division sailed on Saturday. Six more races in each division sailed on Sunday.
