Larry Kline was named an assistant coach at Washington College after spending the 2011 lacrosse season as an assistant coach at his alma mater - Binghamton University. His duties included assisting in all facets of practices, game preparation, and on field coaching as well as monitoring the team's academic work and providing necessary additional academic assistance and implementing a team goal-setting program. He also has experience as a coach and counselor at lacrosse camps.

As a player at Binghamton, Kline was a goalie and four-year team captain, helping lead the Bearcats to America East Conference Championships in 2007 and 2009. He was inducted into the Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society and was a three-year member of both the America East All-Academic Team and the America East Commissioner's Honor Roll. 

A Dean's List student at Binghamton, Kline earned a B.S. in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from the school in 2008, graduating cum laude. He then completed one year of graduate studies at Binghamton while playing his final year of eligibility. Prior to returning to the school as a coach, he spent time as a staff assistant and systems administrator in the office of Congressman John Tierney in Washington, DC.
