Courtney Seiders was named an assistant coach for the Shorewomen in August 2011. Seiders was a two-year starter in goal for Division I Ohio University after transferring from Old Dominion. She was a two-time All Mid-American Conference (MAC) selection, earning second-team honors as a junior and first-team honors as a senior, and was named the MAC's Defensive Player of the Week four times. Seiders helped lead her team to the 2009 MAC Tournament Championship and a spot in the NCAA Division I Tournament's play-in game. She was also a member of the MAC Academic Squad and a four-time qualifier for the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Academic Squad. In addition, she served as a Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative. 

Seiders has been an assistant goalkeeping coach for Simply Field Hockey since 2005 and has served as a goalkeeping coach at various camps and also provided individual goalkeeping lessons. She completed her Level 1 coaching accreditation class in January 2011. 

A native of Mt. Joy, PA. Seiders earned a B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University in 2011.
