Baseball Preview
The 2012 season was one of the most memorable campaigns ever for Washington College baseball as the team set a school record for wins (28) and reached the conference tournament final for the first time in the program’s history. After the success of last spring, the bar has been set high and the Washington College baseball team has its sights set on winning its first Centennial Conference Tournament crown. Even though the Shoremen lost some key parts from last year’s team, the squad believes it can take the next step.

Streelman to Retire as Baseball Coach Following Season
Washington College head baseball coach Al Streelman '69 has announced he will retire at the conclusion of the 2012 season. Streelman, who is in his 15th year as the team's head coach, has been a part of the team's coaching staff since 1979.

"Flock Out" - Saturday, April 2nd
The Washington College Student Events Board is sponsoring a "Flock Out" this Saturday, April 2nd, as all nine Washington College varsity spring sports will be competing at home. A tailgate will be held on the Hodson green from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.

Baseball Season Preview
The 2010 baseball season will go down as one of the best in the history of the program as the Shoremen reached the Centennial Conference Tournament for the first time. Washington College will be looking build off of its 17-15 overall record and 10-8 conference and return to the conference tournament for a second straight campaign under head coach Al Streelman.

Not Your Average Summer
While other college students spent their summer on the beach, Washington College rowing coxswain Jeff Nutting spent his summer restoring a 1969 Chevy C-10 pick-up truck. Nutting was just one of several Washington College student-athletes who found alternatives to sunbathing during the summer months.

Baseball Enjoys Resurgent Season Following Loss of Legend
