CHESTERTOWN, MD -- For the second year in a row, the Washington College baseball team is teaming up with the Salvation Army during the organization's annual Christmas Kettle Campaign. The goal of the campaign is to raise money for those in need around the holidays via donations left in the traditional red kettles seen outside various businesses. Members of the team spent last weekend ringing the ball for donations outside the Acme and Fresh & Green's supermarkets in Chestertown and will do the same this coming weekend.
