Saturday's racing began in a light northeasterly breeze, but was postponed after one race in each division when the winds became spotty. After lunch, a light southeasterly filled in and seven more races were completed in each division with winds varying between four to six knots. Sunday morning began with a light-to-moderate southwesterly breeze and one set was completed before massive shifts forced an early lunch break. Racing resumed after lunch in a five to 10 knot southerly and 17 races total were completed in each division. The Washington College sailing team will compete at the Arrigan Memorial, hosted by Georgetown, next weekend. |
