Green & Danver Named ITA Scholar-Athletes
Washington College men's tennis co-captains Brian Danver (Bethany Beach, DE/St. Albans, DC) and Todd Green (Ridgewood, NJ/Ridgewood), both rising seniors, have been named 2008 Division III Scholar-Athletes by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA).

Green Named ESPN the Magazine
Men's At-Large Academic All-American
Washington College men's tennis player Todd Green (Ridgewood, NJ/Ridgewood), who will be a senior this fall, has been named to the 2008 ESPN the Magazine College Division Academic All-America Men's At-Large third team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The men's at-large team is open to all NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, and NAIA student-athletes competing in golf, rifle, volleyball, gymnastics, skiing, water polo, fencing, ice hockey, swimming, wrestling, lacrosse, and tennis. To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or significant reserve with legitimate athletic credentials and at least a 3.20 cumulative GPA. The nominee must also be of at least sophomore standing.
