WC Swimming Raft Wins "Most Spirit" at Waterfront Festival

CHESTERTOWN, MD -- The Washington College men's and women's swim teams entered a raft into the cardboard boat race at Saturday's Waterfront Festival. The raft won the award for "Most Spirit."
