Shorewoman of the Week

Junior softball player Lindsey Glascock (Glenwood, MD/Glenelg) is this week's Shorewoman of the Week. Glascock hit the game-winning home run as the Shorewomen took game one of a double-header against McDaniel Saturday to clinch a conference playoff berth.

Glascock led off the top of the seventh with her home run to left field on a full count to give Washington a 5-4 lead which would prove to be the final score. Glascock also walked, scored another run, and had a sacrifice hit in the game. The Shorewomen are making back-to-back appearances in the Centennial Conference Tournament for the first time in team history.
